Rookie Payton Pritchard spoke briefly in his postgame interview after the Celtics lost to the Bulls 102-96. Pritchard (14 PTS, 5/8 FG, 2/3 3P, 3 AST) was forced into a starting role with both Marcus Smart and Kemba Walker out for the evening, leaving the rookie as the next best option. On how his mindset changed being a starter, Pritchard said "it's just like next man up, it's really nothing different. It's just you starting at the tip now, so for me it's just getting ready to start the game instead of coming in at the end of the quarter." On the Bulls defense, Pritchard said "I just think we missed some shots we usually make on that stretch they went on. And obviously they're really physical inside, so it makes it tough."
